ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - The Buffalo Bills have signed two of their eight 2009 draft choices, defensive backs Cary Harris and
Ellis Lankster. Harris, Buffalo's sixth-round pick (183rd overall), made 34 starts for USC during his collegiate career. He also appeared in 52 games for the Trojans, registering 143 tackles.
Lankster played in 22 games - including 13 starts - at West
Virginia, and finished third on the team in 2008 with 68 tackles.
The Bills seventh-round selection (220th overall) earned Junior
College All-America honors at Jones County (Miss.) Junior College before enrolling at West Virginia in January 2007. The players, who signed Tuesday, are the first two Bills draft
choices from this year's class to agree to terms.
